Self-Lifting Full Electric Stacker (EVV05SU) 500 kg 800-1300 mm

Half a tonne is enough for most of the lifting that happens away from the loading bay: a machine bed to be fed, a die to be changed, stock to be put on a rack in the back of a shop. This is the smallest electric stacker in our range, sized for exactly that work rather than for pallet traffic across a warehouse.

Mast height is part of the order

• Six single-stage mast heights: 800, 900, 1000, 1100, 1200 and 1300 mm, so the truck is no taller than the job requires
• Lower masts pass through doorways and under mezzanines where a standard 1600 mm stacker will not fit
• Load capacity is the full 500 kg at every mast height

How it works

• The mast is raised by a battery-powered pump, so nothing has to be pumped by foot and repeated lifts cost no effort
• Operated from a walk-behind tiller with the controls in the handle
• Straddle legs run on load rollers and the forks sit on a carriage between them, which keeps the truck short and stable without a counterweight
• No hydraulic hand pump to service and no compressed air or mains supply needed at the point of work

Where it earns its place

• Workshops and tool rooms that lift dies, motors and fixtures onto benches and machine tables
• Retail back rooms, pharmacies and archives with light loads and low ceilings
• Assembly cells where the same part is lifted many times a shift and a manual stacker would slow the operator down

This model was added to the factory range in 2025 and the printed data sheet is not yet published. Capacity and the six mast heights are confirmed; the dimension drawing, battery specification and service weight are supplied with the quotation.
