Height under beam (HSF)

Standard height under beam = 2.5 m. Adjustable in 0.1 m steps up to 4 m; each extra 0.1 m is priced per model. Above 4 m: consult us.

Floor fixation

We strongly recommend one of our anchoring kits; we cannot be held liable for any other attachment system. The cast-in template + anchor rods are embedded in a new concrete foundation; the splitable base plate bolts onto an existing slab of sufficient depth via a chemical-anchor kit.

Chain hoist

The crane already includes an integrated manual push hoist trolley. Add a manual or electric chain hoist to the quote, or supply your own. The hoist must be operated strictly within the crane's rated SWL.

Every option in this panel belongs to the GIS GP electric chain hoist bundled with your jib crane. It is produced and invoiced as a separate item; the jib-crane options stay outside this panel.

Electric hoist — intensity of use

How will you use the electric hoist?

Each duty class has its own capacity envelope: the heavier the use, the lower the rated weight, so a heavier class may pull a larger GP sub-model. Selecting a class lighter than your real-world use voids the manufacturer warranty and risks motor failure.

Hoist power supply (feeding line)

The COMEGYSTEME hollow profile has the power feed built in: cable trolleys and the hoist power-supply cable are included in the base price — also when you mount your own electric chain hoist.

Additional hoist trolley

The crane already ships with one integrated manual push hoist trolley. Add a second aluminium-rail trolley (e.g. to carry a second hoist or a load-positioning accessory).

Rotation stops (270°)

Adjustable, repositionable mechanical end stops that limit the boom's 270° swing, priced by the mounting offset (cote a). Weld-on stops are not available on the aluminium profile.

Rotation slowing device

Damper to slow boom swing — installs without welding.

Lockable main switch

20A lockable main switch under enclosure (price TBD pending Comege catalog page).

Paint system

Standard finish is 60 µm C2 polyester powder — RAL 1028 yellow pillar with RAL 9006 grey arm. A specific RAL colour is available. This crane is for indoor use only (no C3 outdoor system).

Packaging

Standard packing is shrink film for road transport. Wooden support is required for sea freight.

Structural calculation note

Optional engineering document (note de calcul) certifying the structural reactions of your specific configuration. Required by some inspectors and insurers when commissioning the crane.

The ASDS (Comege PFTC ALU) is a 270° partial-rotation aluminium pillar jib crane with an overbraced COMEGYSTEME hollow-section boom. A manual push hoist trolley is integrated into the profiled beam and included in the price. It is a lightweight, indoor, manual-slewing crane for fast, low-effort load positioning at a workstation.
