Electric chain hoist — configuration
Every option in this panel belongs to the GIS GP electric chain hoist bundled with your jib crane. It is produced and invoiced as a separate item; the jib-crane options stay outside this panel.
How will you use the electric hoist?
Each duty class has its own capacity envelope: the heavier the use, the lower the rated weight, so a heavier class may pull a larger GP sub-model. Selecting a class lighter than your real-world use voids the manufacturer warranty and risks motor failure.

The RSD (Comege PRT) is a full-rotation pillar jib crane: a self-standing column anchored to the floor, carrying an underbraced steel I-beam boom that swings a full 360° for complete circular coverage of a workstation. It is built for both indoor and outdoor use and is offered across a wide capacity and span range.

- Full 360° rotation on a floor-anchored pillar with an underbraced (reverse-jib) steel I-beam boom for unrestricted circular coverage
- Capacity 150-10000 kg; spans 2-12 m; standard height under beam 3 m, adjustable in 0.1 m steps up to 4 m (above 4 m on request)
- Optional slewing motorization — on the main roller (indoor use) or top-mounted (outdoor use)
- Floor fixation by cast-in installation template + anchor rods, or a bolt-down splitable base plate with a chemical-anchor kit
- Manual or GP electric chain hoist with a beam trolley can be added in the configurator and bundled into the quote
- Grinding SA 2.5 + 60 µm C2 polyester powder paint, RAL 1028 yellow finish; outdoor C3 paint systems available
- Theoretical deflection under nominal load ≈ 1/250 of (span + height); max hoisting speed 16 m/min
- Complies with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC
