In ground-level order picking the truck's job is simple: carry the growing order and keep up with the picker. This machine does both - the operator steps on, leans into the curved backrest and rides the length of the aisle instead of walking it, with the pallet lifted just clear of the floor.
Built for picking pace
- 10 km/h travel and 15% gradeability unladen - the difference between walking and riding adds up over a shift of pick runs
- Vertical AC drive with electric power steering; the handle returns to centre automatically
- Slide function buttons on both sides of the backrest so the truck can be inched along without remounting
- Battery discharge indicator with USB port; below 15% charge the truck still drives but stops lifting, protecting the battery
Two capacities, two fork lengths
- 2000 kg (CBD20Q-II) or 2500 kg (CBD25Q-II)
- 1220 mm forks for a single pallet, 2400 mm forks for two pallets in line - double the order volume per run
- 24 V / 300 Ah battery (400 Ah option on the 2.5-tonner)
