Full Rotation Jib Cranes

Full-rotation jib cranes
When 270° is not enough, the RSD full-rotation pillar jib crane covers the complete circle: an underbraced I-beam boom on its own floor-anchored pillar, rotating 360° with capacities from 150 to 10 000 kg and spans from 2 to 12 m, indoors or out. The full rotation makes one crane serve machines and stations all the way around the pillar.
Standard pillar jib cranes (typically 270°) and wall-mounted jibs cover most workstations at lower cost; pair any jib with an electric chain hoist sized to the duty. Contact us with load, span and duty cycle for a proposal including the foundation loads.
Frequently asked questions
When do I need full 360° rotation?
When the crane stands amid workstations rather than against a wall or in a corner — a central pillar serving machines on all sides, or outdoor loading points arranged around the crane. If the work area is a sector, a standard 270° jib costs less.
What foundation does the crane need?
A reinforced-concrete foundation designed for the moment loads of the chosen capacity and span — we supply the foundation loads and anchor plan with the crane documentation for your structural engineer.
How quickly can a full-rotation jib crane be delivered?
Each crane is built to order for the specified capacity, span and height. Request a quote and we will confirm the current lead time and delivery for your location.
