Selection comes down to load capacity, lifted height and platform size. What capacities and heights do mobile lift tables cover?
Single-scissor MPS models cover 150 to 1500 kg; double-scissor versions trade some capacity for lifted heights up to around 1500 mm. Each model's exact platform size, lowered and lifted height are stated on its product page.
Single or double scissor — which do I need?
If the working height is within a single scissor's range, the single version is simpler and cheaper. Choose a double scissor when the load must reach higher — around 1100–1500 mm — from the same compact footprint.
Can a mobile lift table be moved with the load raised?
As a rule the table is moved with the platform lowered and only raised at the workstation; what a specific model permits is defined in its documentation. For frequent transport of raised loads consider a purpose-built solution — tell us your process and we will advise.
Mobile or stationary lift table?
Mobile tables suit loads that travel between stations and jobs that change location. If the table stays at one workstation — feeding a machine, ergonomic assembly — a stationary low-lift or high-lift hydraulic table gives more capacity and platform for the money.
