The stainless steel scale pallet truck is built for areas that are washed down, disinfected or exposed to moisture and salt — food production, meat and fish processing, dairies, pharmaceutical and chemical plants, cold stores. Body, forks and tiller are made of stainless steel, so the truck tolerates cleaning agents and humidity that would corrode a painted truck, and its smooth surfaces are quick to wipe down between shifts.
Weighing built into the truck
- 2000 kg capacity with 0.5 kg weighing accuracy and a maximum deviation of 0.1%
- Every pallet is weighed the moment it is lifted — no separate floor scale and no extra handling step
- Rechargeable lead-acid battery powers the instrument, so the truck stays independent of a mains socket

- Hygiene zones where painted steel is not accepted and surfaces must be cleanable
- Goods receiving and dispatch in wet or chilled areas, where the weight has to be recorded on the spot

Configuration
Forks are 1150 mm long and run on ø160 mm steering wheels with ø70 mm fork rollers. Two chassis heights are available: a 76 mm lowered fork height with 165 mm total lift height, or 85 mm with 175 mm. The overall fork width can be 540, 570 or 705 mm. Service weight is 130 kg.
