Two tonnes is the practical ceiling for a stacker that runs on nothing but a foot pump, and this is the model built for it. The mast, chassis and lifting linkage are dimensioned for loads that would overload a 1000 or 1500 kg stacker, while the truck still needs no battery, no charger and no annual electrical inspection.
Two fork versions
- RVV2000-KPV carries forged forks 30 mm thick at the heel and 120 mm wide over a 900 mm length, adjustable by hand from 250 to 950 mm on a 1000 mm wide chassis. This is the version for mixed pallet sizes, from narrow crates through to wide industrial pallets.
- RVV2000T-KPV doubles the fork section to 60 mm thickness and 166 mm width, with a 350 to 710 mm spread on a chassis only 830 mm across. This is the version for dense loads on a small footprint and for aisles that a wide-bodied stacker cannot turn in.
- Both versions lift 1500 mm from a 90 mm lowered fork height, enough for the second level of most racking, and share the 2085 mm mast that does not grow when extended
- Screw release lowers the load under control; lifting is foot operated so both hands stay on the truck
Where it earns its place
- Workshops and stores that move heavy pallets a few times a day and cannot justify an electric stacker
- Cold stores, paint shops and other areas where batteries and chargers are unwelcome
- Backup unit that keeps goods moving when the powered stacker is in service
Space it needs
The wide version is 1410 mm long and 1000 mm wide and works in a 2050 mm aisle with a 1000x1200 pallet handled crossways, or 2040 mm with an 800x1200 pallet handled lengthways. The narrow version is 1516 mm long and 830 mm wide and needs 2166 mm for the same crossways pallet. Turning radius is 1250 mm on both, and mast height stays 2085 mm lowered and extended, so the truck passes under standard doors at any lift height. Service weight is 292 kg for the wide version and 260 kg for the narrow one.
