Not every load sits on a standard pallet. Sheet metal skids, die plates, closed-bottom pallets and purpose-built frames often leave less than 60 mm of clearance, which is where a normal pallet truck stops being useful. The low profile truck enters under them: its forks rest 35 mm above the floor in the 1000 kg version and 52 mm in the 1500 kg version.
Two versions
- RPV1000N — 1000 kg: 35 mm lowered fork height, lift to 105 mm, 28 mm thick forks on ø35x60 mm tandem rollers
- RPV1500N — 1500 kg: 52 mm lowered fork height, lift to 140 mm, 38 mm thick forks on ø50 mm rollers
- Steel fork rollers on both versions for thin forks that keep their shape under load
- ø150 mm steering wheels keep the whole chassis low

Dimensions
Forks are 1150 or 1220 mm long with a 150 mm fork width, and the overall fork width can be 520, 550 or 685 mm. Total height is 1174 mm (1000 kg) or 1189 mm (1500 kg) and service weight is 65-80 kg. Because the lift is deliberately short, check the required lifting height for your load before ordering.
