A reel lying on flat forks wants to roll off them. This truck replaces the flat forks with a shaped cradle that takes the curve of the roll: the reel sits in the V, is lifted and moved without straps or a pallet underneath, and it stays put when the truck starts and stops.
Cradle forks
- Takes rolls and bales from ø700 to ø1200 mm
- 1000 kg capacity, cradle 965 mm wide overall and 1150 mm long
- ø200 mm steering wheels and ø80 mm fork rollers under a 135 kg chassis, sized for the concentrated load of a reel
- No pallet needed, so the roll is not damaged by boards or nails

Before you order
The cradle is designed for reels within the ø700-ø1200 mm range; smaller rolls do not sit securely and larger ones do not fit. Height without the tiller is 431.5 mm. Tell us the diameter, width and weight of your reels and we will confirm the configuration.
