Li-ion Powered Pallet Truck (CBD15W-II Li/CBD20W-II Li) 1500-2000 kg

This is the pallet truck for operations that treat the battery as a consumable: instead of parking the truck at a charger, the operator slides the side-mounted lithium pack out by hand and pushes a charged one in. The swap takes around ten seconds and needs no tools, so one truck with two packs effectively runs around the clock.

Built for hard use

• Outer covers are steel, not plastic, so a knock from a pallet corner leaves a dent instead of a hole
• One-piece rocker arm stiffens the chassis and keeps the drive wheel pressed to the floor on uneven concrete
• Large-diameter plunger cylinder runs the hydraulics at low pressure, which is what makes pumps of this type last
• Handle folds flat and detaches for transport, and the low-speed button lets the truck creep with the tiller upright in tight corners

Two capacities, one footprint

• 1500 kg version with 24 V drivetrain and 0.75 kW motor; packs of 20 to 60 Ah
• 2000 kg version with 48 V drivetrain, 1 kW brushless motor and packs of 20 to 30 Ah
• Both share the 1345-1415 mm turning radius and pass the same 2015 mm aisle with an 800 x 1200 pallet lengthways

Safety equipment

Lifting overload protection, an electrical lift limit at full height and the belly-button emergency reverse come as standard. Guided fork rollers and floating stabiliser wheels are available as options.
