Electric Middle Level Order Picker (OPS15-BD) 1500 kg 4500-5500 mm

Between ground-level picking and full VNA equipment there is a wide band of warehouses that pick from the second and third rack level. The OPS15-BD serves exactly that band: the operator rides up with the platform, picks directly onto the forks, and comes down with the order - no ladders and no repalletising.

Working at height

• Three mast options put the platform at pick faces up to 5500 mm
• Low centre of gravity design keeps the truck stable with the platform raised
• Triple lift limiting - electronic, cylinder and mechanical - backed by a pressure-compensated accumulator with an explosion-proof valve
• Below 500 mm the platform slows automatically to soften the landing

Day-to-day handling

• Electric steering with automatic return and roughly 90 degree swing keeps the 1765 mm turning radius usable in picking aisles
• Height display with timing function at the console
• 4.5 kW AC drive, 8 km/h in both directions, 24 V / 560 Ah battery for full-shift endurance
• Frame and mast are separable and interchangeable, which simplifies major service
