Manual Trolley Hoists
Beam trolleys
A trolley turns a fixed hoist into a travelling one: it rolls along the lower flange of the runway or crane beam and carries the hoist with it. Push trolleys (M-TROLLEY, 500–5000 kg) are moved by pushing the load; geared trolleys (MG-TROLLEY) add a hand-chain drive for precise travel with heavy loads; both come in wide-flange versions for larger beam profiles.
Underneath the trolley hangs the hoist of your choice — a chain block or an electric chain hoist (electric hoists can also be configured with their own motorised trolleys directly on the product page). Contact us with your beam profile dimensions and load and we will match the trolley.
Frequently asked questions
Push or geared trolley?
Push trolleys are fine for lighter loads and short travel — the operator simply pushes the load along. Geared trolleys move the load with a hand chain, which gives controlled, precise travel for heavy loads and higher mounting positions.
Will the trolley fit my beam?
Trolleys adjust within a flange-width range, and wide-flange versions cover larger profiles — measure the beam's lower flange width and check it against the range stated on the trolley's product page, or send us the profile designation.
