Manual pallet stackers
A manual stacker lifts pallets with a hydraulic hand pump — no battery, no charger, no licence, minimal maintenance. That makes it the most economical way to stack pallets, feed workbenches and load machines where lifting happens a few times per hour rather than continuously. The RVV range covers 500 kg, 1000 kg and 1500 kg capacities with lift heights from 1000 up to 3000 mm.
For closed (non-Euro) pallets and special loads there are variants with adjustable forks (RVV-PV), forged adjustable forks (RVV-KPV) and straddle legs (RVV-DSV), plus the VVR material lifter that takes 200–350 kg up to 7.4 m for installation work. When stacking becomes frequent, step up to semi-electric or full-electric stackers; for pure horizontal transport a hand pallet truck is enough. The RVV range covers 500 to 1500 kg with lift heights from 1000 to 3000 mm depending on the model; the VVR material lifter takes lighter loads (200–350 kg) up to 7.4 m. Note that with stackers the rated capacity may reduce at maximum height — check the load diagram on the product page.
Can a manual stacker handle closed pallets?
A standard stacker's straddle legs run under the pallet, which works for open Euro pallets. For closed or bottom-boarded pallets choose a model with adjustable forks (RVV-PV/RVV-KPV) or with extended straddle legs (RVV-DSV) that embrace the pallet instead of running under it.
Manual, semi-electric or full-electric stacker?
Manual pays off for occasional lifts — a few pallets per hour. Semi-electric models power the lift while you still push by hand; full-electric stackers power both travel and lift and are the right choice once stacking is a continuous part of the workflow.
