How is the ramp rated?
The 2700 kg rating covers the transported load plus the machine on the platform — count the pallet truck or forklift with the pallet, not the pallet alone, when checking the capacity.
Does the ramp need a foundation or pit?
No pit — it stands on a flat, load-bearing surface and adjusts hydraulically to the vehicle bed height (up to 1500 mm). Site requirements are listed in the product documentation.
