ENDO Electric Balancers
Electric servo balancers
Electric balancers deliver the floating-load feel of a pneumatic balancer without compressed-air infrastructure — a servo drive senses the operator's hand force and follows it. The Japanese-made ESB-300 servo balancer positions loads up to 300 kg with millimetre precision (glass handling, engine installation, mould loading), while the Position Balancer PB series motorises the classic tool balancer and returns tools to a programmed working height automatically.
Where compressed air is available, compare the pneumatic programme; for plain tool suspension without motorisation see spring balancers. Contact us with the load and positioning accuracy you need.
Frequently asked questions
Electric or pneumatic balancer?
Electric wins where there is no compressed-air network, where air quality is hard to guarantee, or where servo precision matters — the ESB-300 positions to millimetres. Pneumatic remains the choice for ATEX zones and very high duty cycles.
What does the Position Balancer do differently from a spring balancer?
A spring balancer holds the tool at rough equilibrium; the motorized PB series returns it to a programmed height every time, keeping stations tidy and saving the operator the reach-and-pull on every cycle.
How quickly can an electric balancer be delivered?
These are configured per application. Request a quote with the load, travel and accuracy requirements and we will confirm the current lead time and delivery for your location.
