Electric Stackers with Initial Lift
Electric stackers with initial lift
The initial lift raises the stacker's own support arms, which unlocks two abilities a standard stacker lacks: carrying two pallets at once (one on the forks, one on the raised arms) and keeping ground clearance on ramps, docks and uneven floors. The range covers the EVV15-I (1500 kg, up to 5600 mm) and its rider version EVV15-IP, plus the economical EVV10B-I/EVV12B-I and compact ESV10-I/ESV12-I.
If you never move two pallets or cross ramps, a standard full-electric stacker does the same stacking for less; for closed pallets see counterbalanced models. Contact us and we will confirm which variant fits your flow.
Frequently asked questions
What does the initial lift actually do?
It raises the support arms (with the chassis) by roughly a decimetre — enough to carry a second pallet on the arms, clear dock plates and ramps, and roll over floor irregularities that stop a standard stacker.
When does double-pallet transport pay off?
On shuttle runs between goods-in and storage: two pallets per trip halves the runs. The stacker must be rated for the combined weight — check the model's combined capacity in its documentation.
How quickly can an initial-lift stacker be delivered?
Request a quote on the product page with mast height and battery preference and we will confirm the current lead time and delivery for your location.
